Estimates are informational

The value range this site produces is an estimate based on market data and the condition details you provide. It is not an offer to purchase, an appraisal, or a guarantee of any price. Actual offers come from independent licensed buyers and depend on their inspection of the vehicle.

Paid vehicle reports

A vehicle report is a one-time $1.99 purchase for the single vehicle and estimate it covers. Payment is processed by Service First Processing; the report unlocks immediately and stays available at its private link, which also saves to your account when you're signed in. Anyone you give the link to can view the report, so treat it like the purchase it is.

Because the full report is delivered the moment you pay, sales are final. If a report you paid for fails to load or its contents are broken, email us and we'll fix it or refund you — that's on us, not you.

A report is informational, exactly like the estimate it's built from: not an appraisal, not an offer, and not a promise of what any buyer will pay.

Accounts

Creating an account requires accurate contact details — buyers reach sellers with real offers, so a verified email or phone number is required before requesting them. Keep your password to yourself; activity under your sign-in is your responsibility. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site or submit vehicles fraudulently.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information about the vehicle and your right to sell it — including the photos you upload, which buyers bid from sight-unseen. Don't use the site to harvest data, probe for vulnerabilities, or submit vehicles you don't own or represent.

Offers and buyers

If you request offers, we pass your vehicle details, photos and contact information to independent licensed buyers, who bid based on what you submitted. Accepting a bid creates a transaction between you and that buyer — we're not a party to it and aren't responsible for a buyer's performance, payment, or pickup.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep the data current and the site available, but we don't warrant accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we aren't liable for decisions made on the basis of an estimate or report.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
